Inspired to create something different, innovative and of exceptional quality, GCK was founded by former freeskiing Champion and motorsport athlete Guerlain Chicherit in 2017. One strand, and Guerlain's latest venture, is GC KOMPETITION – a professional motorsport team that combines cutting-edge car design, the latest in technological developments and incredible brand marketing value with Championship-winning ability, supported by some of the biggest names in the industry.
Making it's debut in the FIA World Rallycross Championship in 2018, GC KOMPETITION has regularly shown race-winning pace, and for its third year in the championship the goals get higher. With Andreas Bakkerud, Liam Doran and Kevin Abbring joining Anton Marklund, Guerlain Chicherit and Rokas Baciuska under the GC KOMPETITION umbrella, 2020 is set to be the best year yet.
GCK is here to change the rules – in the paddock, on the track and amongst its fans! #ChangingTheRules
In addition to the teams and drivers above, GC KOMPETITION will also be returning to the FIA World Rallycross Championship with an individual entry of Kevin Abbring, driving a newly-developed GCK Clio R.S. RX in selected World RX rounds.
